The MSI IPC MS-CF17 is a 3.5-inch single board computer with Intel 13th Gen Raptor Lake-P Embedded/Industrial SKU – for fanless high-performance applications with 4× HDMI, 4× 2.5 GbE LAN and wide temperature support down to -40 °C.
With DDR5 SO-DIMM up to 32 GB, quad display output (4× HDMI + LVDS/eDP), three M.2 slots and up to four COM ports (RS-485), the MS-CF17 offers maximum flexibility for complex Industry 4.0 scenarios.
The MSI IPC MS-CF17 3.5-inch SBC is based on the Intel 13th Gen Raptor Lake-P in Embedded (i7-1365UE / i5-1345UE / i5-1335UE / i3-1315UE / U300E, 28 W) and Industrial SKUs (i7-1365URE / i5-1345URE / i3-1315URE, 28 W). A DDR5 SO-DIMM slot (5200 MHz) holds up to 32 GB of memory for memory-intensive tasks in machine vision, AI inference and automation.
The graphics section supports four fully independent displays: four HDMI 2.0 outputs (up to 4096 × 2340 @ 60 Hz) and LVDS/eDP (up to 4096 × 2160 @ 60 Hz). Four 2.5 GbE LAN ports (Intel I226-LM / I226-IT depending on SKU) guarantee fail-safe network connectivity for industrial protocols.
The expansion portfolio comprises three M.2 slots: M.2 M-Key (PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe, 2280), M.2 B-Key (PCIe x1 + USB 2.0 + NANO-SIM holder, 2242/3042) and M.2 E-Key (PCIe x1 + USB 2.0 + CNVi, 2230). Four COM ports (RS-232/422/485, auto flow control) and a 16-bit DIO complete the industrial I/O profile.
For harsh field use, a wide-temperature variant with -40 °C to +70 °C (-40 °C to +85 °C on request) is available. The integrated onboard TPM 2.0 controller (Infineon SLB9672VU2.0 / XU2.0) and CE, FCC Class A, RCM, VCCI, BSMI, UKCA, IC certifications ensure worldwide deployment. Supported operating systems: Windows 10/11 IoT Enterprise LTSC and Linux.
