The ASUS IoT C7146ES-IM-AA is a 3.5-inch SBC with Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 165U processor (Meteor Lake-U, 15 W, 12 cores, vPro) and DDR5-5600 memory. It offers four display outputs via HDMI 2.0, DP 1.4, USB-C and LVDS/eDP as well as three M.2 slots for LTE/5G/WLAN 6E connectivity.
The C7146ES-IM-AA is based on the Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 165U processor (Meteor Lake-U, 15 W, 12 cores, base clock 1.7 GHz, boost up to 4.9 GHz, vPro supported) with Intel® Xe LPG graphics. The platform supports Windows 10 IoT Enterprise as well as Linux Ubuntu.
Memory is provided via two SO-DIMM sockets and supports DDR5-5600 modules with up to 64 GB total capacity. Storage expansion is provided by one M.2 M-Key slot (type 2280, PCIe×4), one M.2 B-Key slot (type 3042/3052, LTE/5G) and one M.2 E-Key slot (type 2230, WLAN 6E/BT 5.2/CNVi) as well as one SATA Gen3 6Gb/s port.
The rear I/O comprises 1× HDMI 2.0, 1× DisplayPort 1.4, 1× USB-C (DP 1.4 Alt. Mode), 4× USB 3.2 Gen2 (10G) and 2× RJ-45 (Intel® i219LM and I226IT, 10/100/1000 Mbps/2.5G). Internally, 4× RS-232/422/485 ports, GPIO (8-bit), SMBus, I²C and a SATA power header are available.
The board offers a wide DC input range of 9–36 V, operating temperature range -20 to 60 °C (-40 to 85 °C storage temperature), 10 to 95 % relative humidity (non-condensing), BIOS watchdog, SPI TPM header and certifications to CE, FCC, BSMI, VCCI, ISED and EN62368 in the 3.5-inch format (146×105 mm).
