The IMB-A1003 takes AMD EPYC 4005/4004 and Ryzen 9000/8000/7000 processors in socket AM5 and offers ECC DDR5, PCIe Gen5 x16 and four DisplayPort outputs in Mini-ITX format.
The ASRock Industrial IMB-A1003 is an industrial Mini-ITX motherboard (17.0 x 17.0 x 3.7 cm) with AMD platform. The AM5 socket in combination with the AMD Promontory B650 chipset takes AMD EPYC 4005 and 4004 server processors as well as AMD Ryzen desktop CPUs of the 9000, 8000 and 7000 series with up to 65 W TDP.
Two 262-pin SO-DIMM slots hold up to 96 GB DDR5-5200 in dual-channel mode, optionally with ECC error correction – in combination with the EPYC processors, a reliable basis for edge server and virtualisation tasks in a small space.
The integrated graphics based on the AMD RDNA 2 architecture drive four DisplayPort 1.2 outputs (DP++) with up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, enabling true quad display operation without an add-on card. For expansion, one PCIe x16 slot (Gen5) is available; the actual link available depends on the processor used. One M.2 Key M (2242/2280) with PCIe Gen4 x4 and two SATA3 ports handle the storage connection, one M.2 Key E (2230) the WLAN module.
Also on board: two Realtek Gigabit LAN ports, 4x USB 3.2 Gen2, 2x USB 3.2 Gen1, 4x USB 2.0 and two COM ports that can be switched via jumper between RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, TTL 5 V and ccTalk. TPM 2.0 is onboard; power is supplied via 12 to 28 V DC at -20 to +60 degrees Celsius.
