The IMB-A1302 accepts AMD EPYC 4005/4004 and Ryzen 9000/8000/7000 up to 170 W, offers five LAN ports (4x 2.5 GbE), ECC DDR5 up to 256 GB and PCIe Gen5 – a network appliance platform in Micro-ATX format.
The ASRock Industrial IMB-A1302 is an industrial Micro-ATX motherboard (24.4 x 24.4 x 4.02 cm) with the AMD B650 chipset and AM5 socket. It accepts AMD EPYC 4005 and 4004 server processors as well as AMD Ryzen desktop CPUs of the 9000, 8000 and 7000 series with up to 170 W TDP – the highest power envelope of all boards in this selection.
The networking features stand out: four Intel I226V with 2.5 GbE each and one Realtek RTL8111FP with 1 GbE provide five RJ-45 ports. This makes the board directly suitable as a platform for firewall, router and edge gateway appliances, without sacrificing a PCIe slot for network cards.
Four 288-pin Long-DIMM slots take up to 256 GB of DDR5-5600 in dual-channel mode, optionally with ECC error correction (64 GB per module). The integrated AMD RDNA 2 graphics supports quad display via two HDMI 2.0 outputs, VGA and optionally LVDS or eDP.
For expansion, one PCIe x16 slot (Gen5, riser x8/x8 supported), two PCIe x4 (Gen4), one M.2 Key M (2230/2280/3042) with PCIe Gen4 x4, SATA3 and USB 2.0, and one M.2 Key E for WLAN are available. Two SATA3 ports with RAID 0/1 complement the storage connectivity. Also on board: 7x USB 3.2 Gen2 (including a Type-C header), 6x USB 2.0, two COM ports, TPM 2.0 onboard and DASH remote management. Power is supplied via ATX (24+8-pin), at -20 to +60 degrees Celsius.
