The IMB-1316 relies on the Q670 chipset with vPro: four DDR5 slots up to 192 GB, PCIe Gen5, eight SATA3 ports with VMD RAID, USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C and quad display.
The ASRock Industrial IMB-1316 is an industrial Micro-ATX motherboard (24.4 x 24.4 x 3.6 cm) with Intel Q670 chipset in socket LGA 1700. It takes Intel Core processors of Series 2 (Bartlett Lake-S) as well as 14th, 13th and 12th Gen with up to 125 W TDP.
The Q670 chipset brings the complete Intel vPro platform – including remote maintenance via the Intel I226LM with 2.5 GbE. This is complemented by an Intel I210AT with Gigabit connectivity. Four 288-pin Long-DIMM slots hold up to 192 GB DDR5-4400/5600 in dual-channel mode (48 GB per module).
The expansion features are designed for high bandwidth: two PCIe Gen5 slots (single x16 or split x8/x8, riser cards x8/x8 supported), two PCIe x4 (Gen4), two M.2 Key M (PCIe Gen4 x4 and Gen3 x4), one M.2 Key E for WLAN and one M.2 Key B (3042/3052) with SIM socket for 4G/5G. Eight SATA3 ports with Intel VMD RAID 0/1/5/10 round off the storage connectivity. Please note: if an x8/x16 card is inserted in PCIE2, the second M.2 Key M slot can only be used to a limited extent.
Among the interfaces, the USB 3.2 Gen2x2 port in Type-C format with 5 V/3 A stands out, plus five USB 3.2 Gen2, one Gen1 and four USB 2.0. Graphically, up to four displays are driven via 2x HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.4a and LVDS. TPM 2.0 is onboard; power is supplied via ATX (24+8-pin) at -20 to +70 degrees Celsius.
