Das ASRock Industrial NUCS BOX-255H ist ein kompakter BOX-PC mit aktiver Kühlung (117,5 x 110,0 x 38 mm, 1,0 kg) auf Basis des Intel Core Ultra 7 255H Prozessors (Arrow Lake-H, Series 2, 6P+8E) bis 5,1 GHz mit 24 MB Cache, Intel Arc 140T GPU (74 TOPS) und Intel AI Boost NPU (13 TOPS). Der Arbeitsspeicher wird über zwei 262-Pin-SO-DIMM-Steckplätze mit DDR5-6400-MHz-Modulen auf bis zu 96 GB unterstützt (48 GB pro DIMM).

Die Konnektivität umfasst frontseitig 2x USB 3.2 Gen2 Typ A, 1x USB4/Thunderbolt™ 4 (mit DP 2.1 Displayausgang) und 1x USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Typ C (mit DP 1.4a Displayausgang) sowie rückseitig 2x HDMI 2.1 TMDS, 2x USB 3.2 Gen2 Typ A und 1x 2,5-Gigabit-LAN (Intel I226LM). Ein Kopfhörer-/Mikrofon-Kombi-Anschluss rundet das I/O-Angebot ab.

Für die Grafik sorgt die integrierte Intel Arc™ 140T Graphics mit Quad-Display-Unterstützung (2x HDMI 2.1 TMDS bis 4096×2160@60Hz, 1x DP 2.1 via USB4/Thunderbolt 4, 1x DP 1.4a via USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Typ C). Der interne Speicher wird über zwei M.2-Key-M-Slots (PCIe Gen4x4 & PCIe Gen4x1) mit Intel VMD RAID 0/1 realisiert. Wireless-Konnektivität bietet Wi-Fi 6E 802.11ax + Bluetooth 5.3 (M.2 Key E). Der PC unterstützt AT/ATX-Power-Modi (12–24V DC-In, 19V/120W-Netzteil) und VESA-Montage.
