Description

The NUC-N97_D5 is an industrial Thin Mini-ITX motherboard with Intel N97 (Alder Lake-N), single-channel DDR5, dual 2.5G LAN and 2x HDMI 2.0b for compact, cost-efficient industrial embedded systems.

The ASRock Industrial NUC-N97_D5 is based on the Intel N97 (Alder Lake-N, quad-core) with Intel UHD Graphics and offers up to 32 GB of DDR5-4800 MHz memory via one SO-DIMM slot (single channel). The board is particularly suitable for compact, energy-efficient industrial embedded solutions.

The storage configuration comprises one M.2 Key M slot (PCIe Gen3 x1/SATA3) and one SATA3 port. An M.2 Key E slot (PCIe x1 + USB 2.0, no CNVi) allows optional WLAN/BT modules.

Connectivity: 6x USB 3.2 Gen2, 2x USB 2.0 internal and dual 2.5G LAN (2x Realtek RTL8125BG). Video outputs: 2x HDMI 2.0b (rear) and DisplayPort 1.4a via Type-C – up to 3 displays simultaneously. COM port RS-232/422/485 included. No USB4/Thunderbolt.

The board is designed for operating temperatures from -20 °C to +70 °C and features TPM 2.0 onboard IC, hardware watchdog, AT/ATX power-on modes and an extended input voltage range of 9–24 V DC. Dimensions: 104 x 102 x 36 mm.
