Description

The NUC-255H is an industrial Thin Mini-ITX motherboard with Intel Core Ultra 7 255H (Arrow Lake-H), Intel Arc 140T graphics, DDR5, dual 2.5G LAN and Intel vPro for maximum industrial AI edge performance.

The ASRock Industrial NUC-255H is based on the Intel Core Ultra 7 255H (Arrow Lake-H, 6P+8E cores) with the powerful Intel Arc 140T graphics (8 Xe2 cores) and an NPU for AI acceleration. The board supports Intel vPro and offers up to 96 GB of DDR5-6400 MHz memory via two SO-DIMM slots.

The storage configuration comprises two M.2 Key M slots (PCIe Gen5 x4 for 2280 and PCIe Gen4 x4 for 2242/2260/2280) with RAID VMD support and one SATA3 port. An M.2 Key E slot (2230) allows optional WLAN/BT modules via CNVi or PCIe.

Connectivity: 1x USB4/Thunderbolt 4, 4x USB 3.2 Gen2, 2x USB 2.0 internal and dual 2.5G LAN (Intel I226LM with vPro + I226V). Video outputs: 2x HDMI 2.1 TMDS and DisplayPort 2.1/1.4a via USB4 – suitable for demanding multi-display configurations.

The board is designed for operating temperatures from -20 °C to +70 °C and features Intel PTT (TPM 2.0), hardware watchdog and AT/ATX power-on modes with 12–24 V DC input voltage – the top of the range among the ASRock Industrial NUC motherboards of the Ultra 300 series.
