The 4X4-8640U is a compact, high-performance industrial motherboard based on the AMD Ryzen™ 8040U-Series, featuring the Ryzen™ 5 8640U processor with up to 4.9GHz boost and integrated AMD Radeon™ Graphics. It supports up to 96GB DDR5 5600MHz via dual SO-DIMM slots.

Ideal for multi-display applications, it offers quad display support via 2x HDMI 2.1 and 2x DisplayPort 1.4a (from USB4), with resolutions up to 7680×4320. Networking includes dual LAN (1x 2.5GbE, 1x 1GbE). Extensive I/O features 2x USB4, 1x USB 3.2 Gen2, 2x USB 2.0, and dual M.2 Key M for NVMe Gen4 SSDs. It operates from 0°C to 70°C with 12–24V DC input and integrates AMD FW TPM for security.
