The time has come for Windows 10!
Since the end of the security updates for Windows 7 in January, it is worth considering upgrading systems to Windows 10. In addition to the security risks , which are associated with the use of outdated operating systems, possibly even with internet or network access, there are other points in favor of regular renewal:
– Despite high component quality , failures can occur after 4-12 years, depending on usage / heat load. Computer hardware has a finite lifespan.
– According to the German Afa table AV, complete depreciation for workstations and the like is already possible after 3 years.
– Unfortunately for many old models we can no longer get spare parts.
