Description

The NUC-325 is an industrial Thin Mini-ITX motherboard with Intel Core Ultra 5 325 (Panther Lake-H), DDR5, PCIe Gen5 storage, dual 2.5G LAN and Intel vPro for top-tier next-generation embedded performance.

The ASRock Industrial NUC-325 is based on the Intel Core Ultra 5 325 (Panther Lake-H, 4P+4LPE cores) with integrated Intel graphics and an NPU for AI acceleration. The board supports Intel vPro and offers up to 128 GB of DDR5-6400 MHz memory via two SO-DIMM slots – the highest memory capacity in the NUC motherboard range to date.

The storage configuration comprises one M.2 Key M slot (PCIe Gen5 x4, 2280) and one M.2 Key M slot (PCIe Gen4 x4, 2242), RAID VMD support. An M.2 Key E slot (2230) allows optional WLAN/BT modules via CNVi or PCIe.

Connectivity: 1x USB4/Thunderbolt 4, 4x USB 3.2 Gen2, 2x USB 2.0 internal and dual 2.5G LAN (Intel I226LM with vPro + I226V). Video outputs: 2x HDMI 2.1 TMDS and DisplayPort 2.1/1.4a via USB4. COM port RS-232/422/485 included.

The board is designed for operating temperatures from -20 °C to +70 °C and features Intel PTT (TPM 2.0), hardware watchdog and AT/ATX power-on modes with 12–24 V DC input voltage.
